Mathnasium support starts with at least 40 hours of interactive, comprehensive, online training. Then you will head to our headquarters in Los Angeles to complete our classroom training portion. We promise that this classroom training won’t be math problems and quizzes. We’re teaching you how to be a tutoring franchise owner — not a math tutor. During training, we will provide you with our operations manual and teach you everything you need to know about it. Plus, you get hands-on experience, too. Before training ends, you will flex your new operational skills in a top performing Mathnasium center in Los Angeles.
Beyond training, Mathnasium will provide you with all the support you need to successfully run your tutoring franchise. We provide our franchisees with a Start-Up Specialist to be their right-hand-man all the way through your tutoring franchise’s launch. They will make sure you have everything you need for an outstanding opening.
After opening, you will be assigned a franchise business consultant who will come visit your tutoring franchise regularly and are a great resource for getting any questions you might have answered. We also host regional trainings and an annual convention which are a great way to learn more about owning a tutoring franchise — and network with other tutoring franchise owners.
